Mixing Materials
Virgin PVC powder, stone powder, and additives are put into the mixer.
They are mixed at high temperatures then cooled and led to extruder.
Extruding
The mixture is pressed and formed as a sheet (core layer) by the extruder then pressed with decor film and wear-resisting layer.
UV coating
SPC planks are cleaned, dried, and pushed into UV coating machine. Next, their surface is coated with UV paint then dried by a double UV light system.
Click lock creating
After being cleaned and cut into panels, SPC panels are created Click lock system. Then, they are dried and tested one more time.
IXPE
Products will be transferred to the IXPE underlayment pasting machine. The
underlayment will be pasted under the products base to create a smooth, anti-noise layer.
